A very sensible judgment by the SDT. About time that it was recognised that pressures of this nature are probably one the primary cause of all the recent cases before the SRA involving backdating documents/forging documents.

I worked for several years for a very large PI firm which listed on a stock exchange.

The working environment was similarly ‘toxic’ and I am very pleased to be free of such constant pressures in terms of unrealistic time recording and billing targets. My mental health has improved enormously.
