@15.45 - again I wouldn't say that this was a lack of integrity. I would agree that it was misconduct but in my view would properly be characterised as a breach of confidentiality and failure to maintain trust in the profession.

But I appreciate the point you make. There is clearly a category of offence that go to the root of what it means to be a professional but falls below dishonesty.
