I trained in a firm where lawyers were regularly bullied out.

Now the grapevine tells me the Managing Partner, left with no succession plan, is being bullied out by inexperienced partners.

In the end people will migrate away from a culture of fear and intimidation, find somewhere they can shine and the firm will go into decline.
