Terrance Brown - I am sure that this is not the only law firm that has adopted this approach either. And good on them for cutting away from the CMC market. We have to take back control of the client's journey from having had an accident to when they actually speak to a solicitor.

CMC's are not the only problem, it is the call centres that we need to remove the demand from. Time and time again, i get approached to buy live telephone transfers of clients that want to make a claim. It is obvious that these are not compliant leads! They are now offering to transfer them under the name of their pet law firm, which is based in the same office in Aldershot to try and dress them up as something that is compliant but everyone knows its not.

We need to remove all intermediaries from this market, simple!
