I am frightened for all the sub-contractors, for instance translators such as myself, who worked for translation companies who will not be paid by Carillion. You can bet that the translation companies will never compensate them. My guess as to how they became insolvent is that they did too much work in the Middle East for which they were not paid. How else would the government's favourite go bust?
