Well he claims to be somebody who after a non fault asked for the third party insurer to "inspect" his vehicle otherwise he would place himself in credit hire because he could be bothered with the "Aggro" of dealing with his insurers.
He then went on to tell us all about "(Counsel alone will be c. 60% of the amount claimed, and add the issue fee and allowable costs this will be 100% of the amount claimed)." so clearly he works for a claimant PI firm and has taken some unfortunate advice
