But if there's a quantum issue then maybe the claimant would be less likely to try and demand lets say £3K for a 4 month back sprain simply because a paralegal has used the JCG as gospel.
You can dress this all how you want most claimants do not need compensation for their accidents and never have but you guys have spend a decade telling these people just how "injured" they are and just how "much money" their "injury" is worth
