Well the alleged injuries are entirely unsupported by medical evidence. So a fraudulent claimant is able to secure compensation without any scrutiny from a medical professional.

For the avoidance of doubt, I didn’t make the original comment. That said, I am not a fan of pre med offers but thankfully they aren’t as common as they used to be (or at least in my experience).
