The fact that this is even on the political agenda (at all) in the present climate should tell us exactly what is happening here.

There are people dying in hospital corridors. Tens of thousands of ordinary working class people are potentially going to be out of work (That's Carillion not P.I lawyers - nobody gives a s*** about them). We are in the process of negotiating the most expensive political divorce in history.

Yet here we are. Upping the SCL. 'Reducing premiums'. Does anybody even really know what this is about anymore?

The only theme which has prevailed is hurt the lawyers. Not the CMC,s. Not CHO's. Not experts. Just the vermin lawyers.

Worst of between all of us we havent even made enough noise to let the public know whats being proposed. By the time they do it will be too late.
