Anons 9:10 & 9:42 - as cute as it is that you're agreeing with each other, the main reason is that the majority of innocent motorists have no idea that these reforms are taking place. They will only realise when they have a RTA and then have to navigate the minefield themselves. The PI industry needs to up its game and start informing the public about what the Govt are trying to do.
