I would tend to agree but surely the fact the firm will continue to trade under its own name,and for all intent and purpose be able to continue organic growth, will avoid the pitfalls mentioned at 7.57.
Seems like a logical approach for partners of a firm looking for an exit strategy and to offload the burden of overheads etc.
