rather arrogant attitude from the Parole Board asking the question to which he knows he will get the right answer
everyone knows that JR is a pathetic remedy and is unlikely, without an extension of the principle of JR, which arguably should be allowed, to provide the opportunity to set aside the decision.
As for anonymous @17:30 it is hard to come up with something so fatuous- clearly not a woman and I surmise part of the legal system that has clearly failed. On a day when Emily Maitlis has been stalked from a prison and even the liberal Guardian columnist has stated that the sentence and release is a disgrace I suggest that his views are out of kilter. Please no mansplaining about the legal niceties - I understand them.
