Anons@23.05 & 8.50 this is what is happening.
In relation to Mr Green a former client calls and asks if we can "match" what he has been offered otherwise he will "go" with that firm...we ask what he has been offered and he says a refund of the fee's deducted from his claim...we remind him and prove to him that he received 100% of the damages and was paid out more than 18 months ago...former client says errr sorry and asks how and why was I contacted and you did a good job for me .
Mr Calisle's lot...again former client calls and says that they have received an unsolicited cold call offering to recover the fee's that were deducted from their claim(claim settled more than 12 months ago)...again we say but you received 100% of the damages and is sent a copy of the letter from the tpi with their offer which you accepted proving you received all of the damages...former client apologises and says you did a good job but I was assured I would get a refund...neither of these clients were cold called in the first place to answer anon @8.50
Does this not show a pattern ?
Appears that checkmylegal fee's as an entity is not regulated by anyone unless anyone can enlighten ?
