Let’s be honest, the claims management industry has done nobody any favours.
When I was articled thirty years ago there was no such thing as whiplash and people would be politely but firmly dissuaded from litigating minor accidents. “It’ll cost you far more than it’s worth” my principal used to say, and he was right.
