Look we don’t know the facts of this at all and for all you defence lawyers picking holes in what the MP said (he is clearly not a qualified lawyer, but has an obvious understanding of what is right and wrong), don’t use that as an excuse to deny the fact that the duty of candour is being completely ignored by most NHS Trusts, clearly with the support and approval of their legal representatives.
