Just because Defendant Trusts can pull the wool over the eyes of Claimant firms that dabble, but don’t specialise in medical negligence, it doesn’t make it right and in fact is one of the main reasons costs can be so high by the time the case does get into the hands of someone who knows what they’re doing.
