Comment

An Agreed Outcome reached between the Respondents and the SRA and approved by the SDT, in relation to the Respondents' version of events, without their evidence on said version of events ie 'we had no idea', being tested. Some may observe this to be unsatisfactory, never mind the sanctions that were deemed to be
appropriate and presumably proportionate by the SRA and the SDT.
