Solicitors (we have to presume they are) complaining about alleged 'cold calling' (I don't recall them complaining about such tactics by the CMC's they employ), in an article which centres on a case highlighting solicitors overcharging their clients, and going out of their way to obfuscate their actions

Perhaps if there was more energy and comment from the solicitors profession expended in addressing what the article highlights, rather than trying further to aide in the obfuscation, Joe Public would give a fig when the Insurers and Government wipe out large swathes of your traditional business income
