The redactions are the thing which troubles me most about this. Why on earth would you try to conceal the identity of the person who did the work? If you won't say who did the work, how can you prove your entitlement to recover any costs, whether from the client or inter partes? Cf Pearless de Rougement v Pilbrow  EWCA Civ 1011.
