So we all think that Dreamvar should and will be overturned.


But what of Dreamvar whose lawyers were so proud of the victory in first instance? What will the final costs be after this matter concludes doubtless in the supreme court? Will Dreamvar then say it was badly advised by litigation lawyers to pursue a case that everyone said it would lose?

How did this situation come about. As I understand it the identity of the fraudster was confirmed by a third party law firm who certified documents as original when they were not. Is is not that law firm who really caused the loss ? What did that law firm get paid for certifying such documents? My understanding of the case is that said law firm then received the money at the direction of the fraudster and forwarded it on. Does that law firm still exist or has it since ceased trading?
