13:13 one of the questions I am always asked is how much a claimant will lose in respect of legal fees. So they do care.

I also think they will care when they receive a bill for work done when an insurer has asked them to cancel a CFA.

You also mistake a fundamental part of cold calling, unless you are saying that submitting a CNF automatically implies permission for a claimant to be contacted by the third party’s insurer.

If I have a crash and give my number to the other driver (or to the colleague who will deal with my claim) I do not give permission to be called by any old person. It is foolish to suggest otherwise.
