Completely meaningless report without all the facts and figures. Could such a large difference be because Linklaters and the others that have sent their reports have a much higher percentage of females in secretarial and administrative roles that are lower paid that Solicitors are?

Touting such headline figures without providing some context is somewhat poor. Now if the headline was to say that women doing exactly the same job paid 40% less with data to demonstrate that, then there would be something to report.
