Interesting - a comment I posted yesterday (to the effect that, by reference to the quartiles, the pay gaps were actually considerably smaller, as DH has also observed, and suggesting that pay gap reporting might be more meaningful if it also distinguished between part-time and full-time employees) hasn't been published, doubtless because I made an adverse remark about the standard of the LSG article.
