You don't know that the claimants got the right amount of compensation in these cases. Based on the fact that they settled and then cancelled their CFAs within 14 days it’s likely that they all accepted pre-med offers of, perhaps, a thousand or two pounds each.

They may well all be happy with that, as appears to be the case, but that doesn't mean they received the correct amount. Also what happens if they’re still having symptoms a year or two from now or suffer complications?
