Well any final offer for general damages is made on a full and final basis so exactly the same thing would happen...nothing.
Your point is based on the fact most of the claimant PI sector still believe that the general public are clueless, you pride yourself on thinking all claims merit an expert yet in reality the claim is handled by a paralegal who simply uses JCG, the exact same information is widely available online and trust me every direct claimant I have dealt with in the past has been very clued up on trying to get every penny out of their claim
