Its pretty clear from this post at 9:46 and numerous similar posts on similar topics that the ONLY argument the PI claimant solicitors use to defend their presence in low value claims is to help the claimant get what they perceive to be FULL compensation by using the technically baffling JCG, yet we all know the JCG is far from baffling or complex and is simply a "GUIDE" based on previous cases and for low value claims has no medical merit at all.
The low value 6 month STI whippy claims are the ones that don't require any legal advice, never have and hopefully soon never will
