This is very interesting but I think either John has overlooked one key finding, or the SRA needs to carry out some more research, because whilst we now know that women are under-represented at partner level and BMEs are over-represented, what we are still in the dark about is whether the shortage of women is from those identifying as white or those identifying as BME, or both, or perhaps it is partly down to those who now identify differently? Now that I have seen the results of this survey in black and white I am going to be worrying about this lack of detail.
