The duty of candour isn't working nor are claims being processed quickly enough by the NHS Resolution.

How can it be that I have now been waiting 10 months for a letter or response, have had no response to chaser letters and am now simply going to serve, whereupon I will be asked for an extension of time for serving the defence.

And on another case I have an admission of breach, have served evidence that establishes causation and C&P and they simply say they do not agree causation is established. It is barn door, the claim is worth circa £5k and now we have the rigmarole of court action.
