But most of the Gratuitous care claims I have seen for low value claims have no merit at all and are soon dropped when questioned correctly
The claimant sought no medical advice, was able to work as a CARER yet was unable to cook, clean, vacuum or care for their children once they came home from work so their husband demands payment for cooking for their children, cleaning their own home and feeding their children!!! that forms the basis of most of the claims I see and reject
