Most people including the general public have seen beyond the usual "access to justice" and indeed the insurers promise of "cheaper premiums" sound bites but at the end of the day the general public have had enough of whiplash culture and the greed of that culture and unfortunately that greed is generally advertised on TV with shocking bad adverts promising the earth then swiftly followed by phone calls and unsolicited text messages again promising the earth.
