Dear Anonymous at 15.39, being LGBT isn't a 'lifestyle choice'. I doubt very much if you reached your teens and had a long think about whether to be gay or straight. Also I very much imagine that you post anonymously as you know that your outdated views would be frowned upon by your colleagues and clients. Oh, and before I forget, the SRA expects solicitors to abide by equality legislation, so you've probably breached the code.
