Definitely worth pressing ' related article' at bottom which takes you back to the June 2016 article and the eight spot-on remarks of 8 commentators ( sadly all anonymous) at the time .
So SRA may you publish please the flawed plan you approved , who were the people at the SRA who approved it and why , what have you learnt and what actions you are taking to prevent further sorry mistakes?
