I detest the use of "flexible" in regards to working hours as a positive. I see this in job adverts a lot, phrases like "our employees enjoy flexible working hours" ... they don't. They enjoy doing the same hours day in day out every week so they can build a life outside of work, they enjoy stability like the vast majority of people. This 24/7 culture we imported years ago has killed off people's access to time off together.
