That's the opposite of what it says...

" it is beyond argument that a solicitor sentenced to any substantial term of imprisonment should NOT be permitted to remain on the Roll ".

Anyway, it is a bloody nose for the SDT. It came up with a result that a High Court judge said was "simply inconceivable".
