As the Tribunal considered the Crown Court Judge's sentencing comments and the Medical Reports and of interest are the comments from that Judge, that there was a considerable body of psychiatric evidence available from which he concluded there should be substantial reduction in penalty, the offence was agree to have been committed in the grip of a severe medical condition….which was also confirmed to be the reason that the offence/s was / were committed and that there was no innate criminality in Mr. Farrimond, and he was of good character, I should have thought this is certainly appealable.
