The idea that half a dozen of any kind of person would sort the MoJ out is just rhetoric (unless they are cabinet ministers who will release the required resources). The MoJ is a huge and complex undertaking that is staffed by some seriously bright and experienced people. The fact that it has such obvious issues isn't down to a lack of talent.
