So the SRA allegedly sought to decrease regulation and red-tape by replacing the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct 2007 with a new, difficult to understand book, by introducing COLPs and COFAs and by not giving clear answers when it's asked as to whether particular behaviour is likely to be reprimanded. That's cleared that up...
