AMR traditionally I would say Mk 1 boot, although a push bike may be faster (there is also the possibility of driving).

I am not suggesting that there will not be those who have difficulties but we need to be reasonable, there's no point in having two Courts a few miles apart which are grossly inefficient: as for the offenders, if they have the ability to commit the crime then they have the ability to make it to a Court which isn't on their doorstep.....
