Anon 16.04: that comment suggests a pretty limited acquaintance with criminals. In my experience your average crim tends to be pretty local in his habits and rarely travels out of his 'manor' to commit an offence. Not least because he won't know the rat runs and getaway routes elsewhere. I use 'him' intentionally because most crime is done by males. Look at any court list.
