If 'an interim advanced payment on account of costs is thought to be reasonable at £425k, which is 33% of what the Judge thinks might be possibly received, then how are the receiving party going to get anywhere near the 50% required to avoid an automatic reference to the SRA ?

If one is Weil, Gotshal & Manges then one would hope the final assessment isn't reserved?
