@16:15 GM What we need to see in the UK is a FIXED COSTS system like maybe Germany of France to level the playing field between UNrepresented and Represented Litigants. At present those with money (often TAXPAYERS money) USE "Costs" to abuse and bully the UNrepresented by intimidation. IF they were not able to claim those large costs back then we would see a LOT less litigation, which of course is contrary to what the Law Society and Lawyers really want (despite their false protestations) .
