I agree with the first post, by 'Anonymous'.
Different legal systems in a single domicile such as E&W is entirely misconceived. To be different just in order to show Welsh identity is bizarre. Deliberately creating such differences nowadays must stop.
All UK legislation should be the same no matter in which jurisdiction unless:
a. 'local' nomenclature is retained for merely sentimental reasons [e.g. Scottish 'pursuer' for plaintiff/claimant]; or
b. there's a real reason [e.g. the wholly distinct Scottish land law system].
