"Reynard had made two applications: one to set aside an order to transfer the claim from the County Court Money Claims Centre to the County Court at Bristol, and also for an order to return the matter to the CCMCC. "
I think that is a very good example of the kind of assumed knowledge that the system considers litigants to have. To a litigator transfer to the local court is expected, to the layman it clearly isn't. There is no explanation that comes with the transfer notices and you could forgive a LIP for thinking that a money claim should stay in the Money Claims Centre.
The idea of running the system without lawyers is bonkers.
