Just a quick query - who else has raised low value RTA PI claims other than yourself?

I would say that your view and mine are not mutually exclusive - the government are looking to changes to the PI sector, as you suggest, which would see a good number of firms disappear because their businesses will no longer be sustainable.

My original point was that the government also laud CMCs as an effective and cheaper replacement for law firms - not just in PI, though. In reality this is a dangerous route to go down.

As to the rest of your point, I know you're trolling for a reaction and don't actually believe what you say, which is evident from the contradictions you've managed to fit into five lines.
