Your example is either wrong or made up. It might be £7k when specials are taken into account but that is all. W ill you explain the discrepancy in income between claimant and defendant?

Your post at 12:01 sums up the insurer side of things. It is a shame because the insurer handlers I have dealt with all come across very well. It just goes to show that on both sides there are rotten apples that spoil it for everyone.
