Clearly you have been one of the very, very few fortunates to have escaped with the most minor of injuries . I also ride motorbikes, whiplash is usually the least concerning injury that results from colliding with a car or lorry

Also, you appear too focused on the compensation aspect of the issue here - the group concerned is far more likely to suffer various injuries which are not whiplash, and which would then exclude those claims from the reforms. I imagine many Claimant PI litigators are already gearing for multiple-site injuries and psychological trauma to become the norm........
