If all the chartered legal executives do work outside of PI please explain where all the 10's of thousands of job losses that have been touted as a result of the reforms will come from.
Are you telling me that all chartered legal executive's will find work within EL/PL sector or housing or travel sickness claims as the chartered status means they have the relevant training in box ticking and button pushing.
Virtually all the firms that will be affected by the reforms have specialised in low value claims and I doubt very much whether they have spent time training their staff in other area's of the business if indeed they have any other area's of business.
Please explain the difference between chartered legal executives and admin staff
