I cannot see any need for Accenture to have been involved and consider their. fee a waste of money. I am sure judges would buy into any beneficial IT without needing a report from Accenture.

I agree telephone hearings should not be used as you lose the advantage of reading the body language. The same criticism can be made of video conference hearings, video links and video trials etc etc. These all will not work and no further money should be spent on them.
