It can be yes Ann but in virtually all instances its not life changing, using that sort of analogy is part of the reason for the reforms as the Claimant sector has used extreme cases to try and warrant excessive compensation payments.
A bee sting for some people is life changing but for the majority its just a short term nuisance, thanks for your over the top example though, bring on the reforms and April 2019
