It has come to my attention that the profession of "Hitman" is seriously over regulated, stifling consumer choice, and preventing the growth prospects of the industry, which in turn means that hitmen are difficult to find, and are extremely expensive. There is a large unmet need amongst consumers to be able to instruct a hitman at a reasonable price.
It has even been suggested that current regulations make the trade practically illegal.
What is required is for the Hitman Regulation Authority to grant a blanket waiver to enable all who wish to do so to establish themselves as hitmen.
This will drive competition, reduce costs and stimulate innovative forms of business all of which will be to the consumers' benefit.
